Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Overview
These terms govern your use of the Saiko Studio website at saikostudio.com and any services provided by Saiko Studio. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Saiko Studio provides web design, development, SEO, content direction, and digital systems consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for each project are defined in a separate project proposal or agreement before work begins.
The free audit offered through our contact form is an initial assessment and does not constitute a binding commitment to deliver a full project.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, code, images, and branding — is the property of Saiko Studio unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
For client projects: intellectual property rights for custom work are transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in individual project agreements.
4. Payment terms
Payment schedules, amounts, and methods are defined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit is required before work begins
- Milestone payments may apply for larger projects
- Final payment is due before delivery of production files
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
5. Project process
Each project follows a structured process (audit, strategy, design, build, launch). Client feedback and approvals are required at defined milestones. Delays caused by late feedback may affect the project timeline.
Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Additional requests beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.
6. Limitation of liability
Saiko Studio provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific project.
7. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced
- Deposits already paid are non-refundable
- All client materials will be returned
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details, business information, and communications confidential unless explicitly agreed otherwise. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
9. Portfolio rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Saiko Studio reserves the right to display completed project work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of France.
